How do you bill for your services?

Our standard billing procedure for tax services is to bill monthly.  Payment is due upon receipt of our monthly invoices.

For our financial statement audit and review services, our fees are typically fixed based upon the budgeted hours we anticipate it will take to complete your audit or review.

What hours are you available?

We are available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.  We will also be available by appointment after hours to ensure you are receiving personalized attention that fits into your schedule.

How much and what kind of preparation do you need for my return?

We prefer that your information be in a computer accounting program, but we have taken information in almost every imaginable form.  Contact us with questions about specific software packages.

What do you need in order to start my audit or review?

Once engaged, we will provide you with a detailed data request list of the items we need to begin your audit or review.  We typically start by receiving your trial balance electronically.  We can upload it into our paperless audit and review software so that we can tailor our data request lists to your specific circumstances.
